• Develop and execute platform-specific social media strategies aligned with brand positioning, audience behavior, and growth objectives.
• Manage day-to-day publishing across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok using a structured content calendar.
• Translate business goals into high-performing content themes, campaigns, and recurring content series.
• Create or coordinate high-performing content formats such as short-form videos, educational posts, carousels, and thought-leadership content.
• Analyze social media performance metrics including engagement rate, reach, saves, impressions, audience retention, and follower growth.
• Conduct content and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for audience engagement and brand positioning.
• Implement structured content testing frameworks to experiment with hooks, formats, captions, and posting schedules.
• Monitor social media conversations, comments, and messages to maintain professional engagement with the audience.
• Collaborate with leadership to refine brand messaging, storytelling, and positioning across social platforms.

• Minimum of 1 year experience managing professional or brand-focused social media accounts
• Strong written and spoken English
• Demonstrated ability to analyze performance metrics and optimize content outcomes
• Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Later, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms, audience behavior, and content performance drivers
• Experience creating or managing short-form video, educational content, or thought-leadership posts
• Familiarity with content performance tracking and reporting using Google Sheets, Notion, or analytics dashboards
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and publishing schedules
• Reliable computer or laptop (Intel i5 8th Gen+, Ryzen 5 3000+, or Mac Core i5 2017+, 8GB RAM minimum)
