• Provide administrative support for attorneys including calendar management, task coordination, and document organization.
• Prepare, format, and proof legal documents, correspondence, and case-related materials based on attorney instructions.
• Maintain organized digital case files, documentation records, and client information systems.
• Coordinate client communications, appointment scheduling, and follow-up correspondence.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in legal administrative, legal assistant, or virtual assistant roles supporting attorneys or legal teams

• Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office for document preparation and organization
• Strong written communication skills for professional correspondence and documentation
• High attention to detail when managing legal records and sensitive information
• Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks while maintaining organization and accuracy
