As an Appointment Setter, you will play a critical role in building the company’s sales pipeline by initiating conversations with qualified prospects and converting interest into scheduled discovery calls.
In this role, you will execute structured outreach campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and email while engaging professionally with potential clients. One day you may be initiating new prospect conversations and following up with leads, while the next you might be qualifying decision-makers, coordinating calendars, or refining outreach messaging to improve booking rates.

• Execute targeted outbound outreach campaigns via LinkedIn, email, and other professional communication channels to initiate conversations with potential clients.
• Convert prospect interest into scheduled discovery calls or consultations with the founder or sales team.
• Qualify prospects by identifying business needs, decision-making authority, and alignment with the ideal customer profile.
• Maintain structured outreach cadences including initial contact, follow-ups, and re-engagement sequences.
• Track outreach activity, responses, and appointment outcomes using CRM systems and project management tools.
• Coordinate scheduling between prospects and the sales team to ensure efficient calendar management.
• Maintain organized prospect records including engagement status, conversation history, and qualification notes.
• Test and refine outreach messaging, subject lines, and conversation frameworks to improve response and booking rates.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in appointment setting, sales development, or outbound prospecting
• Strong written and spoken English

• Experience using CRM or workflow tools such as HubSpot, Pipedrive, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with outreach tools including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar prospecting platforms
• Strong communication and persuasion skills for professional prospect engagement
• Ability to manage outreach pipelines and follow-up sequences independently
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail when tracking conversations and appointments
• Reliable computer or laptop (Intel i5 8th Gen+, Ryzen 5 3000+, or Mac Core i5 2017+, 8GB RAM minimum)
