As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting business growth by identifying, researching, and engaging potential clients for our partners.
In this role, you will focus on building targeted prospect lists, initiating outbound conversations, and qualifying leads before they are passed to the sales team. One day you may be researching new companies and decision-makers, and the next you might be crafting outreach messages, following up with prospects, or coordinating discovery calls.

• Research and identify potential leads, prospects, and companies that align with the business’s ideal customer profile.
• Build and maintain accurate prospect lists using online research, LinkedIn, and lead sourcing platforms.
• Conduct outbound outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other communication channels to introduce services and start conversations with potential clients.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their needs, level of interest, and overall fit before handing them off to the sales team.
• Schedule discovery calls or meetings between qualified prospects and the founder or sales team.
• Track and manage outreach activities, lead status, and follow-ups using Google Workspace and project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
• Maintain organized records of prospects, outreach messages, and engagement progress.
• Follow up consistently with prospects to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the founder or sales team to refine outreach messaging and improve response rates.
• Provide regular reports on lead generation performance, outreach activity, and potential opportunities.

• At least 1 year of experience in lead generation, prospecting, or outbound sales support
• Strong written and spoken English
• Experience with email and LinkedIn outreach strategies
• Familiarity with CRM platforms or task management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar systems
• Experience using lead sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, SignalHire, Lemlist, or similar platforms
• Strong research skills and attention to detail when building prospect lists
• Ability to manage outreach cadence, follow-ups, and lead tracking independently
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and report outreach results
• Reliable computer or laptop (Intel i5 8th Gen+, Ryzen 5 3000+, or Mac Core i5 2017+, 8GB RAM minimum)
• Stable internet (30 Mbps minimum)
• Consistent pipeline of qualified leads generated through research and outreach.
• Prospect lists remain accurate, organized, and aligned with the target market.
• Outreach campaigns produce steady engagement, responses, and discovery calls.
• The sales team receives well-qualified leads ready for meaningful conversations.
• Lead tracking, follow-ups, and communication records remain organized and up to date.
