• Record and categorize daily financial transactions including expenses, revenue, and transfers.
• Maintain accurate general ledger entries and ensure all financial records are properly documented.
• Perform bank and credit card reconciliations to verify transaction accuracy.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable tracking while maintaining organized financial records.
• Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports to provide visibility into financial performance.
• Maintain organized documentation of receipts, invoices, and financial statements.
• Identify discrepancies in financial records and perform necessary corrections or adjustments.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in bookkeeping or financial record management
• Experience using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, Wave, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of general ledger management, transaction categorization, and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reporting
• High attention to detail when managing financial entries and documentation
• Ability to manage recurring bookkeeping tasks and monthly financial processes independently
• Strong organizational and documentation practices
• Reliable computer or laptop (Intel i5 8th Gen+, Ryzen 5 3000+, or Mac Core i5 2017+, 8GB RAM minimum)
